Cinderpoint Applied is the division that deals with organisational governance of AI and automation. We work with companies, agencies, and institutions that are deploying AI, integrating automated systems, or redesigning workflows in ways that could quietly reshape accountability, risk, and trust.

Applied is not a generic “AI solutions” shop and not a box-ticking compliance service. Our work starts from a simple premise: once AI and automation are embedded in everyday workflows, it becomes very hard to see who is responsible for what. Safe governance has to be designed before that happens, not after.
