Cinderpoint Systems is deliberately lean. The same small group is responsible for research (Dynamics), publishing (Press), and applied work in both AI (Applied) and sport (SportsWorks). The aim is not to look large, but to keep the distance between ideas, decisions, and delivery as short as possible.

How leadership works in practice

  • Single point of responsibility. Each engagement has a named lead who is responsible for the work end to end.
  • Shared doctrine. All divisions work from the same underlying view of governance, risk, and structural drift.
  • Visible ownership. As Cinderpoint takes on more public work, formal profiles and roles will be added here so that people can see who is ultimately answerable.

This page is not a marketing biography list. It is the anchor for responsibility. When a league, club, company, or agency needs to know who is behind a framework or recommendation, this is where that chain will be documented.
