Cinderpoint Systems

Cinderpoint Systems is the holding layer for Cinderpoint’s governance work. It exists so that clients, supporters, and counterparties can see one coherent structure behind the different divisions rather than a loose collection of projects.

At the Systems level we do three things:

• Set common standards. Every division works to the same expectations on integrity, documentation, and client disclosure.
• Keep the map clear. Organisations should know whether they need Applied for AI and automation, or SportsWorks for football and sport.
• Hold responsibility. Leadership, contact, and cross-division commitments sit here so that accountability is visible.
